How we use the details you send us through this website.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we receive what you type into it: your name, e-mail address, and (if you add them) your company, phone number and message. We do not collect anything else about you.
Why we use it
Only to answer your enquiry and, if you become a customer, to provide the service you asked for. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing lists.
How it is handled
- Your message is sent to our team by e-mail and kept only as long as we need it for your enquiry or the service.
- The website sets two technical cookies only: one that remembers for 30 days that you confirmed you are 18 or older, and one on the contact page while you fill in the form (for security and spam protection). There are no tracking or advertising cookies.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you may ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Send the request through the contact form. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
